I just felt worse instead of feeling better after the session. No emotional intelligence at all. I was lucky to notice nah something is offish here no professionalism at all and didn't feel safe or cared for I mean my wellbeing ofcourse I didn't feel it mattered. I even wondered if the person who was helping me is a qualified professional which I fully doubt.I am just scared and worried if anyone might get the same experience it might lead to suicide or substance abuse or anything for that matter. I am super disappointed and regret trying to get help. I pray to forget this experience in my entire life. I was having suicidal thoughts lucky bumped to a stranger whom I shared my story and advised and helped me to Google ICAS toll free and got helped via telephone counseling after the trauma counseling I received from lifeline on top of traumas I had. Is verrrrrrry sad.
