I wish I could put 0 star. pathetic service from stuff!!! I hope life does not lead me back there! My 1 year old son put something in his nose, we got there at 5. We ended up leaving at 11. It was not even packed, doctors and nurses are just on go slow. I finished registering a file at 7. i was number 5 on the line to consultation room but i left the clinic at 11.
What a great experience for my first born. The nurses were so great, the place is clean. I really felt like i am in a private facility. I also noticed that nurses give attitude when you give them attitude. I will recommend this clinic
The most RUDE staff I have come across the past Sunday in a Health Care Facility. I noticed the file paperwork generated had a mispelling of my last name. When I requested it rectified on the spot but they totally refused. I am stuck with inaccurate identification and paperwork. It is pathetic! Receptionist refused, the doctor refused and said it was not her job to intervene. Now I am stuck with a record and Xray that does not have accurate identification. Why are these people so incompetent and inefficient? Nonsense!
i fell with my stomach and im 8 months pregnant i was turned back and told to come back when I have labour pains they didnt check my baby. The nurse was rude and worsely there was no beds
Sunday the 6th of November I would like to inform that the service I got today from emergency site it was very bad and unprofessional I really have a bad short-breath to show that the person who was helping me it's Trainee I was supposed to get oxygen For my breath but gave me noise drops And allergex for what I don't know
They never assist patients on time. They just sit and use their phones and sometimes chat. Just prepare to sit there the whole day and still go home without being attended too.
It doesn't deserve not even one star. How does a hospital go for 7 full hours without a Dr? How does that happen? Where are our relatives that don't have medical aids supposed to get medical help? The service here is despicable...disgusting to say the least. This establishment needs to be shut down or hire new staff that is willing to work.
The service is very poor. My fiancè was referred here from the local clinic. We got here at 17:21pm and right now it's 22:09 pm and still not allocated to any doctor.
I almost lost my child from birth because they refused to help my girlfriend and refused to transfer her to bara. I had to make affidavit to take her to bara. Thank god they rushed my girlfriend to surgery and my baby is out of danger
They couldn't help me thou was sent by Bara hospital for xray thye chase me away
