Mabulane clinic in burgersfort is so incompetent, my mom is been there from 8am in the morning to test for high blood, her BP was high, but they didn't do anything to her, they just told her to wait, they will help her around 3pm, that time she never ate, if there is no enough staff. Please hire others. No wonder people from my village don't like the clinic. Please consider the life's of vlbeloved and treat them well.

Department of Health Limpopo PAIA department they are incompetent. They do not respond to requests for records and worse they do not furnish the records. Everytime we call they will tell you to resend. Its been a year since we requested records but we dont recieve them. May we be assisted in this regard, Atleast direct us to the relevant person if Mmabatho Ramoncha cannot assist us.

Poor service at Mapela clinic, they play cards in the mobile clinic for COVID-19 vaccines! They don’t wear name tags so I won’t know their names, I was there on the 28th of January.

Limpopo health department is very incompetent. When you call them and ask for the PAIA department, they don't answer but when you ask if they are there they say they are. I have been trying to send them a request document for hospital records and all I get is no help at all. I just don't know what to do anymore, because I'm in Pretoria and they are in Limpopo and it's not like I can just walk in their offices and ask them to give me the documents!

You need proper identification to enter the premisses. Security personnel are trained so as to assist on whereabouts of key points of the building. Friendly staff support as well

I'm so disappointed by this clinic service, they took a while to help us with a 3 day's baby, in this time of covid
