Very disappointing service from Debbie over the past year. I always have to chase up for the rental to be paid over, yet I am paying a management fee. What is the point of having a rental management consultant for your properties if I need to chase up every single month?

Worst experience imagined buying our first home. Just terrible service, will never advise anyone to buy/sell property through them

Poor Customer service I have experienced from all officials in this office is appalling. I haven't received rent money due to me till today, even after numerous attempts to obtain information and written confirmation of when I am receiving. The rent was supposed to be paid to me on 01 May 2017. I have since informed the agency on Moday, o8 May that I am terminating the contract, but till today, not any member of the agency has deemed it necessary to contact or communicate with me.  I regret the day I entered into any agreement with this agency.

This has been the most pathetic company I have ever had the displeasure of renting from. Please do not ever consider renting property from them. Their procedures and systems are designed to protect the landlord and the tenant is left in the lurch. Trying to get your deposit back intact is an even bigger nightmare. They will try to make you pay for "fair wear and tear" and find any tiny defect to suck your money from you. Never again!! And I certainly will make it my mission to tell anyone who will listen about my experience and the nightmare it has been

Our experience with our Remax agent has been incredible. She's been so organised, thoughtful, and SO helpful in setting up everything we need to know for buying our first property. I just love South Africa! We have amazing professionals and we're a friendly nation

Terrible service. You inquire about rental properties and just get ignored or nobody gets back to you. Out of all the ones I inquired about, only one Remax Agent contacted me back to show me a house - never heard from the rest.

Needs to be made public unfortunately. Please make a plan with your tenants that drink,urinate, shout, litter and sleep on your doorstep at your offices. Completely disgusting and goes on till and past midnight! Attached 1 culprit that also seems to enjoy all the " show houses " in the streets that follow.

First time buying a house with my wife. It was supposed to be an exciting time but it quickly turned into the worst experience yet. After being warned by my brother about Helen and Craig we decided to go ahead with the deal. Few minutes before signing we were informed all prices of the optional extras are much higher. We purchased a 20sq garage and got a 18sq being told lies and excuses on why it is that way the developer Brantanna Villas were building out of standard and very poor workmanship. I would advise anyone not to use Remax you will waste months of your time and money.

a massive thank you to Helen who assisting in selling our town house and also assisted with find us a new forever home.  she was super efficient, responded within minutes and was very informative about the entire process.

Experience was PATHETIC, first time I decide to use them. I inquired about a house for rent. I sat on the phone and sent emails for two days straight asking availability of a house and for viewing times. Eventually after over riding the listed agent I received the documentation required for me to apply for this house. The same day I viewed it and sent through the application that same night. I paid the credit checks and emailed to check up on my application. They said they were still busy with it. That was Friday afternoon. Today is Monday. I called around 12 to find out what is happening since the end of the month is 2 weeks away!!! My application was apparently approved. But no one had the decency to let me know so no deposit was transferred. I then called again today to find out what is happening. My house was given to someone else who had been contacted instead of me!!!! I am now still homeless thanks to remax and virtually out of time. Thanks alot guys for your incompetence. I am totally put off of using you in the future.
