They are still the best pharmacy, been using them for years .Always they amaze me with their excellent service.  Talking about master of all, knowledgeable , friendly , list goes on ... They definitely know what they are doing , professionalism is their middle name. I definitely recommend this pharmacy

You never get a response via phone it keeps on ringing or it cuts you off, staff not user friendly

Professional, friendly, efficient, knowledgeable you name it! Visited the baby clinic for immunisation and the service there is worth every cent. Walked right across to the pharmacy and was assisted promptly, the staff at the pay points were super friendly. There must be something in the water there because everyone is just in a friendly helpful mood, it's refreshing. Thank you!

The service at the drive-through needs to be improved. Sat waiting for someone to service me for 30 minutes and rung the bell four times.  Finally left without collecting the medication which I had pre-arranged

This is the most helpfull, friendly, effective service experienced for a few years already hence I just had to post my experience with them. A special thanks to an awsome lady Ester, phoned, got my medicine delivered within 45 minutes. Team that rocks!

Outstanding Service, always friendly & efficient.  Consistency for more than 20 years now that we have been going to this pharmacy.

I scheduled a doctor's appointment via email, upon the agreed time and date I made my way to check in for the appointment, I was there 10min early than my scheduled time, upon arrival I was told that there was no appointment and that the doctor was not in nor the doctor's receptionist.  I was not informed in any way that the doctor would not be in, I left feeling very sad and as a potential client, extremely disappointed. I had moved all of my appointments for this appointment because it was really important to me.

The Dr i saw, wow, she was so detailed though one receptionist old lady could really do with a bit of cheering up, she doesnt have front desk personality at all! But as for the nurse Subramoney i think and the Dr i saw Dr Len i think, very professional

Shocking service via phone, no one answers, and then battle to get help. Ordered a moonboot for a broken foot in the morning. Did not reach me because address was misspelled by the staff, and no one bothered to phone and check. ~B.Pharm

The staff at this Local Choice Pharmacy are knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. Ladies, definitely also check out their jewellery and interior items. I have found some precious trinkets there. The pharmacy closes at 20h00 weekdays so that is also a big bonus.
