This company is taking advantage of many people who are not aware of how they do business! If u have a problem that requires law assistance, they don't even want to know what is wrong, like interview u, they simply say they don't deal with such matters! Ok, u don't deal with such matters but u never said anything about the fine lines when me and my wife paid u for the last 10 yrsnow that we have an issue that requires your advice and assistance, u just never had anything to say! U told us about the t&c's which u never send to us in the first place! U are taking advantage of those poor SAPU/POPCRU members and others!!!! I have since cancelled the membership/debit!!!! Very disappointed! U are exploiting Africans!!!!

I called in four days ago and asked for a legal advice about an intrum UK account that I am supposed to pay. I was told a legal adviser will get back to me. So for how long must I wait for a legal adviser? The service that I got from you guys really is very poor.
