So far I've been super impressed. The premises are clean and inviting, the staff are all very friendly, helpful, efficient and they really know their cars! Llew is excellent and gives 5-star service. They work fast but thorough. Doesn't cost an arm and a leg and they really take pride in their work. The team were able to quickly find an issue and successfully repair it, one that even BMW in PE wanted to charge me close to R30 000 for just to try and figure it out without being able to guarantee me any results. I highly recommend them.  Update 2023: Had to take my car in again after struggling for more than 2 years with the heater on the drivers side, after the radiator had apparently been replaced by someone else already, including the flaps, blower fan and a bunch of other stuff. After stripping the car to the bones he figured out that the heater was still the original and had never been replaced! He put in a new one and the problem was fixed. Thank you, thank you! Highly recommended still!

Used to be really helpful but has gotten too big for the average man. Could be the new car.

Had an issue with my starter and took it in  describing the symptoms of the problem i had. Took the car in, was called later and informed it would cost R1250 to find the fault. That was a big shock but I agreed as I desperate to have the car fixed. The new after market starter was fitted and the bill came out R3000. When I collected my car the vehicle stutted and struggled to hold idle. Took the vehicle back, only for the guy working on the vehicle to tell me he broke the plug going into the coil pack. No discount was offered or responsibility taken for the damage caused. I do not recommend this place at all. Unprofessional, takes chances and does MacGyver fixers on your car. Be careful.

Great help bakkie had a problem starting they were busy with other cars they attended to me straight away did all the test to pin point the problem afterwards there was no charge the best service you can get thanks guys

Very professional, very friendly, epic spirit.  My Citi Golf had an alarm system issue which other companies advice me to replace the entire system to a generic one. This team of exceptional individuals took the time to really look for the fault and believe me when I say, my Wolfie is top notch and better than before. So glad I discovered these wonderful people.  I cannot forget the receptionist. She an absolute delight. Warm heart, friendly personality. Don't underestimate her, as she knows her stuff.  Will definitely recommend this team to anyone that is in need of an auto electrician. Love it!

Bad service. Phoned several times. Said technician is busy and will phone me back. Still no call. Not interested in doing business like this. No go for me. “REGARDING YOUR REPLY, EXACTLY TRUE, ONLY ONE ANSWERED CALL YES. PHONED A WHOLE DAY WITH ONLY ONE CALL ANSWERED. YOU PHONED ME BACK TWO DAYS LATER, NOT ONE DAY LATER” ALREADY GOT ANOTHER DEALERSHIP REPAIRING VEHICLE”

The service that you find here its beyond to be explained, no word in the dictionary to describe it. The face of the company which is the receptionist she is very professional, friendly, warm and goes extra mile. Unfortunately did not get an opportunity to see the owner face to face to thank him for such an ubuthu heart made of gold. No one can understand what I mean my situation was beyond repairable but these guys brought a smile on my face. Thank you for the person who referred me.
