Got the best service today from Lana! She went out of her way to assist me with request and did it with a smile! Can definitely recommend their service and product as both are amazing!
Excellent service and friendly staff. I recently received biltong as a gift, but it was uncut and I like my biltong thinly sliced. I went to the shop and asked if they were able to help me. The guys had no problem in assisting me with my request. I asked them how much I owed, and the manager said it was free of charge. I felt they went over and above to help their customers. Thank you guys!
I went today to buy so mix biltong,only yo find out price has increased from 95/kg to 240/kg. Graham should be more respectful towards customers,as he had a terrible attiude when i enquired. Very disappointing
I was wanting to have a nice gift basket made for my husband, and was asking around my office for suggestions. The name Lochners came up with positive reviews. I immediately called the Newton Park branch and was greeted by a friendly, helpful, and very informative Storm. He assisted me with great patience and efficiency. I ended up ordering an additional basket for my dad. He sent me photos of the process whilst preparing them and the completed products. Such great service deserves more than just 5 stars!!! I will be using you guys so much more go forward. Thank you very much for everything Storm... you rock!

The guy with the blonde hair that helped me was really friendly too, great service all around and you can really see that Storme works with such passion it's rare in Pe to find excellent service, keep up the good work guys
It's a pity I forgot to ask for their names but they're just too awesome. Ordered biltong cake and it looked just as great. Great customer service, just great everything
One of the best biltong shops in PE. I would really recommend them. They also do biltong cupcakes which are devine. Just phone and order it ahead of time as they make it to order. It is also conveniently placed with more branches in PE.

Graham and the rest of the staff are always exceptionally helpful and friendly. Definitely the best place to buy biltong in PE.
