Friendly and service tops. Clients are seen to without delay.

I rate them zero as I needed help from them but they were busy dropping my calls or switch off the phone for few minutes and turn it on again more than 10x what a bad service I have ever experienced.they must not say they are available 24/7.

I will be lying if I say I’m happy with the service I received from you guys, I ordered 2 car keys in May and I only received the keys without the remote and I had to be the one calling to find out what’s causing the delay until they brought the remotes to me today 5 months later and only to tell me that they cannot program the remote and I should go to the agency. I asked them won’t I be charged for programming, only to be told “we don’t know, we don’t charge for programming” You can use their services at your own risk but if you ask me these guys are just crooks who are forever smiling to soften you up mind you i paid R7000-00 just so I can be treated like they are doing me a favor.

The response time after my distress call was really short and service received excellent. Especially that the parking was becoming empty after hours. Will use them again
