Good Wood provides an excellent and efficient service. I placed my order on a Sunday night and by Monday afternoon my order had arrived. Besides the efficient service, the product is very efficient too. It burns hotter for longer and leaves less ash behind. Thank you guys for the excellent service.

Picked up a few bags at BW. Was sceptical at 1st, but once they caught on, these logs are brilliant for the fireplace. Makes the room nice and toasty compared to tree wood. Will be stocking up on this for the winter. Goodwood is Lit AF.

Love love love these logs. We were so worried about burning coal and or wood this winter and gas is literally our last resort. These wood logs are economical and the heat they give off s incredible but more importantly for us they are environmentally friendly. What a find! I

Buy these logs. Simple as that. They're brilliant. I've had my fireplace for a year now and normally purchase wood from "down the road". I've got a Keter box dedicated to storing the wood, and I need two trips to fill the box which lasts, give or take, most of winter. My regular supplier is fairly well priced and the wood is, mostly, decent hard Sickle wood. However, there are some inconsistencies though in some of the wood from time to time. As one would expect. I was referred to Good Wood Logs by a friend. The idea of recycled sawdust intrigued me. I watched the video/s on their website and thought why not. It won't hurt trying it out, and I liked the consistency/shape/size of the logs. Nice for stacking/storing. I placed an order for 50 packs 5 logs per pack. A few hours later, Victor was ringing my gate to deliver the wood. Alright. I'll take that service. Thanks. Awesome guy. Exceptionally friendly and professional. I packed the wood into my Keter box and took 5 logs out to try in the fireplace that night. I lit 3 up in the fireplace and was super impressed with how well they burn. Nice and slowly and the heat given off is top class. As much, if not more than the regular wood I buy. I put the other 2 logs on 45 minutes to an hour later and they lasted another 30/45 minutes. I've just placed an order for another 150 packs.

So firstly . If you have ever tried getting wood in jhb. It takes a week for delivery . One call to Vic and it's the same days . Only thing better then the service is the product. Like it says . Long lasting. Clean. No mess notn fuss .

Well Well Well, here's a little treat... Being a man who enjoys fire and using wood to braai, this was a a little treat to test out how compressed wood works... In theory, all wood burns, obviously.... But... We wanted to see how it holds up, nevermind the entertaining white flames that were erupting from the fireplace and the mere fact that this wood does not cause any illicit smoke to hover in an unnecessary manner... Anyway, we prepped the coals... Using 4 logs out of the pack of 5, much to our delight, this was sufficient, the normal count to ten rule was applied with a hand 1 inch above the grill, our steaks were tossed onto the grill much like one throws a frisbee, the matured rumps were crackling away which sounded like a western film set, roaring fire, wood crackling and glasses clinking....not klinking ie :Urban Dictionary I will leave you here, tan a steak on some good wood and experience the results, feel free to make contact with me anytime via @natures.child27 on IG.

These logs are awesome! Just wish we could start ordering again. We have run out weeks ago but still no stock available.
