It's clear to see that the staff in this establishment namely those working in the text book dept have been mentored by the owner. Both are rude, abrupt and disrespectful. Zero score for client service and 5 stars for toxic attitude. Very unpleasant experience that will ensure we do not return to support this business, ever.

Our new go-to shop for all things "school" - Excellent service - professional & friendly, awesome range of products, and will order if not in stock with a very quick turn-around time. We will be supporting them in filling all books and stationery requirements in going forward. The ease of access from the very top level is a super bonus!

Well stocked, quick and easy to get school books

The store always has stationery items you'd usually have difficulty finding elsewhere. You could contact them beforehand with your order so you just collect and pay, without having to wait, sometimes a very long time, to be helped with books. The new cashier must still be in training because it took 12 to 15 minutes to ring up 2 people's orders. Would have been great if the other lady could open her till instead of organising shelves, at least whilst the store was so busy. They also offer engraving services, a huge plus!

Pleasant and helpful staff. Patient and understanding to your needs and questions asked. Try to assist you as best they can and offer alternative options when they cannot meet your requirements.One stop shop for all your schooling needs.

There is a big selection of school books, I've been buying all the books I needed for school there. There is also a big variety of stationery, and lots of German books. They have German products, like Schneider pens... The staff is quite friendly. Though everything is very expensive.

Very helpful, couldn't find the book we looking for, the lady said she will order it, the same afternoon before closing time she phoned me to say she find the book we looking for. Job well done

German book shop. I got all the Cambridge international textbooks l was looking for. The service was welcoming and professional. Would even be better if this bookshop had an online store. Great stock of books.
