They kindly sourced a supplier for what I needed, when that option was not viable, the problem was resolved on the same day with a on-site visit.. They are on time/professional/and go the extra mile. I highly recommend their services.
Never use Lonehill Computers. I dropped off my desktop which they couldn't repair, on collection over a week later it was in parts. It took them 45min to put back together, putting parts in upside down using what ever screws they could find. They also lost my laptop bag and charger. Please don't use them and save yourself the frustration
Tgeir guarantee is worthless. I definity cannot recommend them. They are unethical. Rather go elsewhere

I received a very warm welcome and friendly customer service from Lonehill Computers. As I am not very tech savvy, I had many questions which they very patiently answered for me in an understandable fashion. I highly recommend this business and will definitely support them going forward.
My computer was struck by lightning. They had the computer for 8 days and I couldn't get an report out of them for insurance. No communication. Nothing. very dissapointed
Staff are incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. As I know next to nothing about IT issues they gave good advice, helped me with my insurance claim when my laptop was not fixable and even provided me with further free advice that did not directly benefit them in terms of a sale. I can highly recommend this place, and need to give special thanks to Aloui who was ever so patient with answering all my questions
The absolute best service. They are very helpful and very informative. They diagnosed and fixed my laptop within a couple of hours and had it working perfectly. They were also very willing to answer all my questions and gladly gave advice. Definitely my go to for all computer problems.
Very good experience at Lonehill Computers at Leaping Frog. After all the load shedding my laptop wouldn’t switch on. I dropped it with them after 4pm on Tuesday afternoon and they phoned me at 10 on Wednesday morning to say it was fixed. Really appreciate their speedy turnaround time
BEST computer repair people I've ever had the privilege of walking into. My work laptop's screen was broken, I walked in and walked out with a fixed laptop within the hour. Super friendly, super competent, super awesome.
