Poor Service I will never ever take my car there, emagine booking for your car on Monday when you go there on Friday u waited for 3 hours and they tell you we didn't Order for your car Old white guy called Thinus was so egnorent and he was the one talk to him for booking They really don't care if you love your car dnt go there they really don't care

Imagine taking your car to Ford with a problem and they tell you they can't see anything. They struggle to start the very same car but they still tell you they can't see anything wrong. Very poor service. It seems like the technicians don't know what they are doing. After a month of this service, car started complaining about wanting a oil change. Two months later we had to change plugs as well, it seems nothing was done on a car, they just washed it and reset the service alert.

Great spur burger and friendly service

Serviced my Ford Ranger with these guys… the reception from Ulrich was just incredible… constant updates until my vehicle was ready. Absolutely brilliant, Ulrich and the Action Ford LTT.

Bad experience with them. The one issue i had, which is a safety issue on my car, they were not able to sort out for me. On top of that, i received my car back dirty, never washed. And to put a cherry on top, mud smudges on my seat, and oily fingerprints down the side by my safety belt Not happy at all. Wont bring my car here again

The front desk service from Rhoda Ndou And Ulrich is the best service one can ever asked for, they are very much professional when rendering quality service. Action Ford you got the best Staff that is serving your brand very well with dignity. Not forgetting the Team behind the scene Mechanic's they are doing a very great job when servicing our vehicles and during maintenance part on the vehicle.
