This firm did a transfer on one of the full title units of the complex where I am the HOA director/chairman. We the directors were never asked to confirm that the levies we up to date and neither were we asked to confirm that the new buyer signed and agreed to the rules of our HOA. As we manage our own admin and finances I find this unacceptable and did send a query to them. Sad to say they choose to ignore my query. To the selling agent the told a blatant lie.

I Have been waiting since January 2018 to have my property transferred it's over five months and there is another delay. L Coetzer Attorneys do not give you the proper feedback. You have to ask for feedback. I would like to remind them that they are not transfering my property for free. They are making my experience as a first time buyer extremely unpleasant.

As a large franchise real estate agency, we have dealt with many attorneys over the years and Louwrens Coetzer is hands down the best. Thank you for always having the client interests at heart.
