This was a great experience, I walked in and Candice essentially listened to what I wanted and literally the first dress she pulled for me was the winner. Highly recommend Lovella Bridal and if you get Candice, consider yourself lucky, she’s got a great eye and is very professional and kind. She also helped me into all my dresses when I asked her to and took photos for me, so that made it really easy and efficient to try on the dresses. Totally felt relaxed and comfortable with her. There was also a really nice woman there with red hair I didn’t get her name but basically everyone there seems super friendly and professional. The atmosphere is also fantastic and I love the fashion illustrations they have on the walls. When I went back in to buy the dress later, Laura helped me and she was absolutely great.

To all future brides, always choose Lovella - I had my first initial appointment and had another one schedule to return a few days after and chose my dress during my second visit! At Lovella, the gowns, I believe, range from about $3k-$15k. As someone who also tried on dresses in the $500-$2k range as well, I'm disappointed to say I couldn't feel a difference in the quality at all. If anything, I felt the dresses I tried on in the more affordable category, had more structure and higher quality fabrics. The gowns I tried on here at Lovella felt flimsy. Many of the samples were also dirty from brides constantly trying them on, which is an understandable happening, however I didn't notice this at the other stores I went to. They also only have ONE size of every gown. As someone who is a street size 2-4, even I had to shimmy up some of the gowns. I could not imagine how disheartening of an experience it would be to come to this store and not having a single gown fit me because I don't fit that sizing. Other stores carried multiple sizes to support any bride who walked in. My stylist was Shannon, and she asked me a few basic questions about the dresses and then went off to pull a few gowns. She started off with a wide range to hopefully narrow in. However, I felt like the feedback I gave wasn't heard. I do want to say this very well could be due to the inventory she was working with. Perhaps they just didn't have what I wanted. In particular though, I really didn't want a corset top, but almost every dress that was brought to me had the boning look of a corset. So when she asked for my feedback, all I could focus on was the corset and how I didn't want that. Shannon was very persistent and was willing to continue to bring me dresses, but ultimately I called it as I didn't think we were making any progress. She was very kind and did everything right. I just didn't feel like this was the shop for me and couldn't fathom spending so much on a dress that just didn't feel worth the money. Most of the gowns I tried on were Ines de Santo and Berta. According to their website, they also carry other designers as well, but from what was brought to me, I didn't see those. I also wish I had gotten the chance to walk around the showroom with Shannon to give her some more tangible ideas as to what was sticking out to me. Regardless, it was an all-around okay experience. I would just caution anyone who is thinking of spending so much on their dress to at least try on dresses in the more affordable price range to ensure you are getting what you pay for in terms of quality.
This review is to rave mainly about the person who helped me find my dress at Lovella. ANGIE!!!! I have no words for the amount of gratitude I have for this lady! She went above and beyond in terms of customer service! let's just say she stayed 2 hours after closing on a Saturday to help me choose and make the decision on my dress... she dressed me with different options and played with ideas that were in my head let me breath when I felt overwhelmed and brought joy and advice when I needed it.... what an exceptional eye and what an INCREDIBLE person. The experience was beyond anything I could have asked for. Truly blessed to have had her that day! Only constructive criticism I could offer to the location.... since I did go to other stores beforehand, is that they implement a more flexible payment option for the dress. All other stores either asked for 50% up front or would set up a monthly payment plan considering there's a lot of other expenses in play. They asked for FULL PAYMENT UPFRONT ....so fair warning for other brides you have the full amount saved before you go here because if you fall in love with a dress you gotta pay for it right there and then.
I cannot recommend Lovella enough! As a former manager of another bridal store Lovella sets the bar to new heights!! I had two appointments to find my gown and had an incredible experience with Aimee both times. Aimee listened to my wants and needs and brought dresses I asked for as well as her own suggestions. At my second appointment she brought me new gowns that all fit my criteria and she killed it because I said yes to my dress!! She made me feel like a bride and made the whole day so special. I recommend Lovella to all brides!
I went to 2 other bridal stores before finding Lovella and had such a positive experience. My stylist did a fabulous job narrowing down the type of dress and style that I was looking for and she provided two strong options that were difficult to choose between. The team was patient and helpful with my wedding dress selection and I never felt rushed or panicked. I had a very enjoyable experience and would recommend them to others.
Flew from Texas to try dresses on at Lovella- after 7 appointments at other bridal shops and finding nothing I even remotely liked, I was extremely discouraged. But I found my dream dress today thanks to Angie and her impeccable taste, insight and patience! If you are like me- a girl who maybe didn’t dream of her wedding day and aren’t overly fond of the whole wedding planning process- come here. I finally felt the emotions and excitement you are supposed to feel, and can’t wait to get married in this dress! Thank you so much Angie!!
Lovella was the one and only bridal salon that I visited to find my wedding dress! From start the finish, the process was extremely smooth and I felt that I was taken care of every step of the way. My first appointment was in April 2021 and while there was covid protocol in place, the consultant made sure it was a special experience and selected some of the best dresses based on the vision I had. I loved that the store had a ton of dresses to pick from with a variety of price ranges too. I ended up choosing a Berta Privee dress that I had been eyeing and could not have been happier with my "Say Yes to the Dress" moment. I wish I could do it all over again!
A beautiful Bridal store. I went with my daughter today and "She said YES to the Dress" and found her dream dress. Vanessa was amazing and extremely helpful! Make sure to make N appointment!
Aimee is amazing! She helped me find the perfect dress and made me feel so confident in my choice. I told her what types of styles I like and she picked the perfect dresses that matched everything I wanted. 10/10 would recommend going to Lovella. My experience here was so good!
