Very bad service, they couldn't defend case instead our attorney convincing us to settle even before the magistrate hear our case

Very poor service, Herklaas Venter one their lawyers was handling my mothers divorce case and I must say he disregards clients rights, always unavailable when you want to meet for appointments , ignores calls, and has very bad communication, he doesn't respond to emails too . He always makes you to speak with his secretary who is also not well informed. His behavior is very unethical and rude. We even withdrew our case from his hands because of his incompetency but it took time to receive our file, they delayed us purposefully not to get it and on the other hand my dad was threatening my mother, we send him emails about it and he did nothing . He does not advice appropriately regarding legal rights to a divorce and does not explain his charge amount for a case. My advice I wouldn't recommend it at all its not worth it, it's not value for money

It's great law firm, very much receptive even though I'm looking forward to see how their attorney is going to represent us with our labour matter.
