Lowveld Academy is a Secondary Private School. Previously known as Helmeg Academy. We are situated in central Tzaneen area.
The esteemed renowned Helmeg Academy was established in 2007 and have gone
from great heights. Lowveld Academy has taken over ownership of Helmeg
Academy and therefore will be known as Lowveld Academy Tzaneen. Lowveld
Academy offers excellently trained staff, a CAPS-based curriculum and the use of
the latest technology in their classrooms. Grade 8 - 9 room are equipped with
interactive whiteboards. These systems allow educators and student to make use of
the best of curriculum's from around the world by means of static internet to make
lesson content as appealing and practical as possible. Lowveld Academy makes use
of Mimio Education Systems to access a legion of learning possibilities from around
the globe.
OUR VISION
To prepare the learners for future careers by providing for the learner’s intellectual,
physiological, physical and emotional needs. The school strives for a 100% pass rate
yearly and further education exemption.
