There is no better place in SA when it comes to bicycles! Drove from Polokwane to Pretoria to visit the store in Lynnwood and it was absolutely worth the trip! Excellent service, very well priced. Left with new bicycles for the whole family. The best advice and service received. Everything we expected and much more, for much less than our local stores. Great job team Cycle Lab.

I have been struggling with an online refund for almost 2 months now. If I dont follow up by calling in, nothing happens. So far only half of my refund have paid out 1 and a half months later. The level of importance shown towards my refund is shocking. And still I am waiting for the rest of it...
Since I have not yet got any reply on this more than a month after I posted this review I just want to note it again.9/3/2023. Went there last week, showed them the voucher I received on the app. The lady at the coffee shop seemed blunt and had to call someone to help as she did not know about the vouchers. After some time they did give me the discount for the coffee By the way I ordered also some other things at the coffee shop that I paid for. I then told the lady at the coffee shop that I will be back in a weeks time as I get a voucher for one free coffee weekly. I thought that this might help them to get to understand the voucher agreement as on the app. Today I went to the coffee shop again and took my daughter with. I asked the same lady for a coffee and also ordered some cake and sparkling water. The lady then told me afterwards that I can not use the voucher as it is only for a regular coffee not a large. Yet I only ordered a coffee! I then asked her to deduct the regular coffee and I will gladly pay the difference. She just said it can not be done and I paid the full amount. I spent also R600 extra at the shop on the bicycle side. I have never just gone in for a coffee only and always spend every time I am in Lynwood Cycles. Pity though as I am not sure if it is maybe time to give one of the other 5 Bicycle shops in a 3 km radius some business next time. I am overall disappointed in my experience with Cycle Lab today, not the service I am used to.
What a pleasant experience. I was assisted by Herman Metsi. I must say, I cannot remember receiving this level of service ever in a store. And I actually just bought 2 small items for my mountain bike. Keep up the good work. I will definately drive there again.
Shocking service from the service department at this store. Gave my shock in for a service. Wait 2 months for a reply as to when I can collect my shock. The shock went missing and no one not even the workshop manager could give answers. I was given a loan shock until they can found my shock. I am still waiting and it has been more than 6months
You visit the store, enquire about thule bike carriers, wait on the floor for 10min+ and even then the sales person has not returned from the store room, you leave and the same sales person stops you in the road, takes your number to say he will get carriers from Fourways in a few days, week later you phone them after no responce then they take your details again and say they will phone you back in a few minutes and the day passes... Nothing.
Had a fantastic experience with Koos Klooper very unprofessional and more! As for Stephan and Jaco, Cycle lab needs more of you two helpful, knowledgeable and professional. These two gentlemen took the time to listen and understand ,went the extra mile to assist and help me, Thank you gentlemen
Best place to get a bike, accessories or even doing some maintenance. Staff super friendly and they always give the best advices. 100% recommended
