Got a voucher for my birthday from a friend for Cavendish Square Lume for a delux pedi. I decided to have a mini mani as well. Shocking experience - disorganized staff, below par treatments, made such a fuss about when I was going to pay, had no record of voucher amount and the worst is that my nail vanish started coming off the very next day! I sent them a photo of my peeling nails and asked to come in for a touch up as I was going to a wedding which was the reason for me having the treatments and they said that they were full and couldn't fit me in. What shockingly bad service. I will never go back there and will recommend to others to not go there.

A beautiful store with friendly staff but had a compromised experience.  Booked for a soak off followed by hands and feet gelish applications. The nail tech never bothered to shape my nails and although I had the pleasure of having the treatments done while lying on a bed it was ruined by the curing lamp that was on my stomach to cure nails throughout the application    I will not be back in a hurry.

Excellent event organized by Martie Brits and her team last night introducing Dr Patel who will extend their offing to include medical grade FACIAL OPTIMISATION.  Fantastic ladies!  Well done!

So shocking. My daughter booked a mothers day nail treatment for me  When we arrived for the appointment we wer told they had bad news for us! The therapist had not arrived. That was it!!!. She was not appologetic. She did not try to resolve the situation At All. I took the day  so my daughter  could treat me, and even when I mentioned that they acted as though For a professional business I eould have expected an sms prior to the booking to confirm the appointment. They had all our details so they could have contacted me to advise me the therapist did not arrive. How can I ever go back there.....

Colour cut and blow wave with a magician! David so pleased with your creation. Thank you for making me feel like a million bucks. The colour you created is brilliant. All the staff so friendly and welcoming. Will definitely be back!

Worst Pedicure in the history of foot treatments .. actually looked worse after the wasted hour. Staff are clueless

I recently visited Cape Town with my daughter from USA. We decided to visit this beautiful Spa and we were not disappointed. In fact we returned four times within a week. My therapist was Dudu and she was absolutely extraordinary. She locked in straightaway that I needed work on my lower back. She is so good that I don’t know why there isn’t a queue outside waiting for her. My daughter also had a fantastic therapist and if I’m not mistaking her name is Izzy. So if you need a great massage don’t hesitate to contact Dudu and Izzy as you will not be disappointed. Thank you to very one who works at Lume Beauty Atelier. Have a great holiday and hopefully I’ll be back soon.
