One star is an understatement sadly.... Clearly a paying customer over a voucher customer gets special treatment and money is more important than customer satisfaction and they have no Ts and Cs in place either yet they come up with rules for being a voucher client that wasn't mentioned or communicated to me. Would definitely not recommend or send anyone there Goodluck guys
