Luso Country Lodge

Booked for 3 days. Beddings not changed despite 40 degrees heat. They advertise free breakfast, we didn't get it. Roaches, lots of roaches. But overall room is nice

It's a good place and it's quite

Quite a nice place Peaceful and quiet Beautiful comfortable rooms The only thing that did not work was the TvRooms: 5/5

Management was a mess. WiFi is included but you don't get a password to access it. Bit of a bug problem, dstv signals keep signing out. Breakfast is also included but has to be eaten somewhere else, and we actually weren't informed so we didn't even get breakfast. Not happy at all with the service.

They had a board at their gate that sad accommodation R400 with free breakfast but to our surprise the following day which was on a Sunday we told there is no breakfast for us because their restaurant was closed. The manager or owner was very rude even though it was not our fault that they never told us when booking the accommodation. They advertise free wifi but that also it was not working at all. This felt like a slap in the face fo what we had to go through. Imagine coming from all the way in Bloemfontein to be suprised in the morning by things like that. You guys need to learn people skill or better communication skills

Good food at a good price. Food can be inconsistent some times. The atmosphere is more pub like.
