As a Lyno Practitioner, Staci emphasizes the importance of a holistic assessment of mobility and function.
Staci broke her foot in March 2011, 3 months before she was due to run her first Comrades marathon. After one physiotherapist told her Comrades was over, best wear a moonboot, and another tried dry needling and rest for 4 weeks, she was referred to The Lyno Method.
Six weeks after her first session, she completed a half marathon without pain and was back on track for Comrades.
Without the ongoing assessments and the Lyno technique of fascia release, Staci doesn't believe she would've completed her first Comrades.
Staci has since trained with Benita Kropman and offers the Lyno Method from her Health and Wellness practice in Rivonia.
