This company is a scam this is the second week without a car, I have been calling at least 3 times a day and there’s nothing clear. They don’t want to pay for my car that has warranty with them. I would advise anyone against taking their warranty or insurance
I should have never allowed LiquidCapital to trick me into getting involved with this company. I should have done my research and looked at their poor ratings and other people's experiences. They literally lied to me and then gaslight me and turned the whole thing on me. They literally do not care. This is so heartbreaking especially because we work so hard for our money and put such policies in place to help us in times of need. My strong advise is not to trust MSure. Not even the team leaders care. It's so, so heartbreaking to be laughed at over the phone and not helped.
I have this policy since 2018, and not claimed once , waste of time and money . I emailed them regarding the cancellation of my policy and they are giving me nothing but grief, i have sent an email 3 days ago and an automated system sends the email to say we respond but no one does. pathetic how fast they can deduct the money from your account but when it comes to assistance they cant help at all. very very unhappy with the services.
This company are a bunch of crooks, I paid up front for my warranty, now I have an issue and they giving me the run around. Absolutely pathetic, the Ombudsman needs to be made aware of how corrupt this company is. They only good to take your money. My car has been unattended to for 4 days now, they are silent yet the component is covered as per their POLICY. Please anyone wanting to get involved with this company, just be warned, they are useless.
DONT EVER GO WITH THIS COMPANY, I have been with them since 2016 my bakkies turbo went the other day , they said I can take it to any RMI garage, my car was then taken to the garage and when it came to claim all these long stories starter saying the garage isn't listed on their site , which in fact they are ! I was then told that I need to pay for the work the garage had done to inspect the vehicles problem and then the vehicle would be moved to another garage !!! They are crooks
It does not even deserve a star. When you log a claim @sipho tivane will forward the email to the consultants to assist, but those consultants just ignore the claim being logged. No professionalism at all. I am not happy with M-sure at all.
The lady who assisted me, was Tandi. I found her to be well trained and also very heplful. She certainly knew her product and guided and advised me through the entire process. With this level of pre-service, I therefore look forward to my future relationship with Msure/Hollard
They don't take customers seriously at all , their consultants are not help at all they are on vacation in that office, they always transferring you to someone else who also is clueless or they might hang up, not sure if anyone is.... I am trying to claim but I can not be assisted. Why start offering services that you can not fulfil...One star just for me to be able to post this, but my real RATING is ZERO
I have been paying for the policy since 2020, few days ago my car had a failure. Msure was quick to say the components are not covered. I pay for my car services and now I must pay for my car issues too‍. I regret why I didn't read the reviews before agreeing to their policy Waste of money and time!!!!!
I am paying three vehicle under these company since June 2021, all of them i never skipped a single payment, when they have to pay R15 220.66 short fall cover today, they told me they did calculations as per contract, they pay on balance not settlement, suddenly they don't pay on balance they are refunding, now they wont pay shortfall cover, they will refund all monies paid to them and the refund is lesser than shortfall, kindly run away from this company and look for other service provider, i actually didn't want to use them from the beginning, Nissan Menlyn recommended them, if you dont want stress, stay away, but i am going to make sure all consumers know about this company and they must stay awaaaaaaaaaaay, very far.
