I cannot recommend Mac Shack highly enough! They provide excellent service to technophobe Flintstones like me. And from listening to the team deal with other customers while I was in the shop, I am sure they are as wonderful with the more technologically competent as well. Jarred has been endlessly patient with the Jones family, for which I thank him profusely. He made the process of sorting out three new devices seamless. Thank you for providing such an excellent all-round service.

Service is a bit lacking. Not very clear at communicating what is required to sell a device with them. I used their service because it was meant to be easy and convenient, which would justify selling at a lesser market price. But the process wasn’t smooth at all and has taken over 2 weeks to get payment. I could have sold it he device faster myself and gotten more for it.

Exceptional service by Ian. After a very heated and very rude interaction with the manager, thankfully Ian took initiative and rescued the situation ensuring that my needs were met as a long time customer and that I will still return for my computer needs. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars was because of the Manager who should never be in a managerial position the way he behaved. If you visit the Mac Shack. Be sure to ask for Ian. He's knowledgeable on both Apple and "Android " systems and had my computer sorted in 3hrs.

After an initial significant disappointment around a final offer which was significantly less than what prompted me to sell my device, I was promptly contacted by one of the owners of the business who had done his homework, considered and put options to me to resolve the issue. Very professionally done with good care. Regardless of how this turns out, this is a great business made of the right stuff.

Ordered a used 2020 Imac 27 inch Everything worked as advertised They also assisted to upgrade the RAM In particular Jarred followed up on how the Mac was doing and if the delivery went well The Imac was delivered in Sutherland without any problems .AAA service! I would rather buy here than at an iStore! They're better priced, great service and only sell good quality products. I've bought both new and pre-owned devices at Macshack over the last 3 years without any problems. Very happy with their service!
