We used to get good service here in the beginning. But lately it seems as though the staff consists of trainees. We have been patient for the past few months. However today was a terrible experience. After clarifying and repeating an order multiple times, we paid and were given something that came from the bin, on top of which the order was wrong. Eventually we had to ask for the manager who came and made the meal herself. @Mcdonalds, please retrain your staff on customer service and handling of food.
Extremely poor quality . We ordered 3 hot chocolate tall. It was only a mixture of water and milk, no sugar was given, it was horrendous.We had previously bought hot chocolate from other McDonald's stores and never had experience such bad quality. We hope this matter is rectified.
If Burger King Klerksdorp can be online during loadshedding, I'm pretty sure McDonalds Klerksdorp can be too. For a massive, international franchise I find it very difficult that one McDonalds in Klerksdorp can't afford a generator or some form of back up power. Surely, you can make a plan, or do you like losing business? Do you want the place to close down? Have you seen the string of bad reviews for this specific branch?
We drive through Klerksdorp once a month. Every time we stop for breakfast at McDonalds. We ordered breakfast today... 2nd time around where there were no orange juice available. My husband ordered two sausage mcmuffins with egg and we received two normal egg mcmuffins. I ordered a boerie stack and it came with no onions. We left and phoned them on our way to tell them about the mistakes made to avoid any other unhappy customers... The first call they answered and then cut us off before we could explain the situation. Second call while were trying to explain the situation, the manager also put down the phone in our ear. The disabled toilet is always locked... My husband struggles to walk after a long hospitalizion, he needs the toilet to be open. This forced us to start going to some place else to use the toilet. Now it seems we are being forced to buy our breakfast also somewhere else every month. What a shame.
As far as unhealthy food goes, an infrequent indulgence on occasion. Would rate above the other available drive through.Food: 4/5
Check your drinks before leaving. Ordered this "hot chocolate" today 29/08/2021 and this is what I received pictures attached. Highly disappointed but not surprised.

Terrible customer service. The shop assistants complain more than clients. They seem to be unsure of what they're doing. I was really disappointed. I doubt I'll ever visit Klerksdorp outlet again.
The staff was friendly and helpful
I’ve never had any issues with McDonald’s Klerksdorp. Friendly staff. Sometimes you have to wait because they get busy but no one can blame the staff, I saw for myself how much work they have to deal with at a time.
