What's the point of having these machines that place orders when they all don't allow checkout and you need to go back to the till to make an order? Waste of time. And the staff working gets the orders wrong. This is why Macdonald's as a franchise is dying in South Africa. If I'm the targeted market then your service is poor. I think your staff needs a refresher cause on how to run the place cause they have even forgotten about trays when we sit in. And the food is the worst I've ever tasted now I'm convinced Macdonald's sells cardboard.
Worst service.its a pity Macdonalds used to be the top restaurant.this one is worse. Customers inside are unattended for almost an hour. Attending only drive thru. I ordered apple fizz they gave me watermelon. Just Said it's finished.ddnt even bother to ask me if I'm ok with watermelon.worst service I rate them zero
This place neah, The inside service is actually faster than the drive through. Most of the time you will find that there is no Sodas or any drinks and forced to buy meals without drinks and still be charged the same amount. Drive through you will spend roughly 40min. Staff always clumsy and irritated always check your order there is always a mix up. Ice cream always not available another struggle .One of the cleanest McDs thumbs up on that one. I stay 3 houses away from it so I'm always there.
I'm yet to taste a Mcfeast prepared by this store that is the same quality as the rest of the other shops I've ever visited. I ordered online last year and the service was slow and very poor. Even dining at the shop, the staff is very slow as well. This shop is a disappointment to the McDonald's franchise...Food: 3/5
Forced me one time to get out of my car at the drive thru collect station, walk back to the paying station, because one of the employees weren't at her designated window for some time. I know the situation wasn't the easiest to deal with. But luckily some of the staff members have more work ethics than the one mentioned above and the matter got resolved pretty quickly.
Very poor Service this has last for years. After the renovation I expected to experience some professionalism but... I am reviewing my review posted 8 months ago. I am sorry to say that there is no improvement besides the building and the staff a little bit but I went there 3 times in 2 months I didn't get any tomato sauce just because they didn't have it and yet their are serving chips .
Love the Mac D place It's get crowded during lunch time I think space it's small now But love sort of bar vibe /sitting area was cool Kid-friendliness: The is kids zone
This is not The McDonald's experience..and it's not the American Standard ..I don't know how they can still retain the Franchise..but this is Africa ..the service is Terrible ..you end up waiting 15minutes for food .. simple things not in stock and not ready ...it's such a BAD REFLECTION ON A GREAT BRAND ALL OVER THE WORLD BUT NOT IN SOUTH AFRICA AND I did get a Refund ...better to go to STEERS . Better Service ...Much Better
Very bad serves you can't say your a 24H place but you have to close for you don't know how long we'll have to wait for our order to be processed. Like really? No go for me
Slow service, but love the oreo Mc Flurries. My child loves playing there...Food: 4/5
