Very difficult to get hold of via phone, and even communicate with via e-mail. Consistently have to follow up with from my side. Arranged times for delivery were not stuck to, and no responses were given as to why.
A big thank you to Andrew,Ronald, Chantell and team for facilitating my move in double quick time. You guys are awesome!!
I wouldn't recommend these guys: 1. They left us hanging and could not confirm the time the day before only for them to call us around 6:00am on Saturday morning telling us they were on their way over whilst we were in Durban. 2. They didn't finish packing, my husband had to pick up some stuff the next day. 3. They disambled my son's bed and then "lost" the screws so that they could evade assembling it as they didn't know how to - as the bed is "too complicated" for them. 4. Some of our crockery has chipped. 5. One of my champagne flute glasses 6th has gone missing perhaps it broke when they asked me to go buy them something to eat ‍. 6. One of the guys borrowed my flat screw driver and didn't return it. 7. Could not clearly label the boxes they packed. Creating a mess for us as we had no idea where these boxes were supposed to go to which rooms. 8. The lady who does their bookings Caroline is a pain to pin down. You have to chase her to finalise her work quotes.
The Jhb Removal company was one of the best I have used. The gentlemen were so friendly ad patient. We got a call 15 min ahead of time from the driver updating us in how far he is which was great because then we could finish up last minute things before their arrival. We had problems entering with the truck due to weight limit fussy security bon our side but the gentleman were so patient and waited until it was sorted out. We also received a call from Yolanda, the person we were communicating with via email for a booking to find out about the entrance issue. The gentlemen had amazing packing skills and managed to fit everything without damaging anything! I would definitely recommend this company to anyone looking to move within a budget! They were so reasonably priced and were so amazing!! Thank you
