Absolutely unprofessional conduct! Level of services received or the lack thereof, is quite astounding. Been 2 weeks and still no response!

Would give them a 0 if possible. Never calls back, doesn't answer mails. Really unprofessional and useless

Easy access, friendly stuff. I like the way they check and service their trailers.

By far the slowest attorneys I HAD to use for buying a house, and it is a few. 4 MONTHS+ going now. They drag it on, blaming the sellers even thought they are representing them, maybe, but refuse to take responsibility for any delays.

Poor customer service. Told that i can't get helped because the person i need to speak with wants to go on tea break. Ridiculous! Also, the matter is regarding the settlement of an outstanding amount to Standard Bank which was settled after a settlement letter, with discount, was issued in December 2020 already. I now have Standard bank telling me i still owe them. Turns out it's the discount amount they offered me. How do these two work together? How do they not communicate to the bank that i accepted the settlement amount and that there was a discount? Now i must do their job and provide all this information to the bank.

Worst experience ever!! I have bought a few properties - this was by far the most unprofessional, chaotic, prolonged process. The documents were incorrectly drawn - we had to sign 4 times. After submitting all the documents, 3 weeks later the bond can still not lodge because now they want even more documents. Our file was mixed up with another bond file and we were asked for documents we can't even produce. The staff member that signed the agreement with us got angry and upset when I mentioned that I am not happy with the fact that my address is inaccurate, and both me any my husbands names were incorrectly spelt. Steer clear if you can. They don't even deserve 1 star.

Very helpful staff, was helped by Reneilwe. She is so friendly and very helpful. There were many forms that I needed to sign but the process was easier because she explained in detail what i was signing. There place is very visible and plenty parking. Now my house has been registered and they were very quick with all the payments that needed to be paid back.

Service is non existent - in fact the "word" is foreign to them ! - Want to pay R1,4m outstanding debt of a client, and can you believe it they cannot give me a "settlement". This is unheard of, but like so many Industries no : 1 Service 2 Integrity to phone you back 3 Cannot follow through 4 Tried to talk to the management - not available , in meetings 5 Want to pressurise you when you owe them, but when you want to pay - not responding !! If I ever thought of going to a Law Firm - this will be the last one I consider. Lastly, even if they read this they will not attend to the Issue ! If I could - I would have given them a negative rating - 15 or less rating !!!!! Lets see .

Ok, so who is tired of having to keep calling “big business” more than once in order to speak to to the right person...with my luck it’s always 2 or 3 times at the minimum. Always a no answer or cut off or eish, wrong department.... No difference here, only on 3rd attempt and having to ask for the manager did I come right. She did a GREAT JOB at assisting me and calming me down....this the 3 , otherwise 1 To the owner, don’t think some of your consultants understand English, listen to the voice tapes as we always get reminded that we “are being recorded”. Do u actually listen to some? Suggest you do.
