Excellent place, great atmosphere with qualified personnel. Shop does not have much to choose in terms of accessories like jackets and helmets, but the bikes selection is very decent. Recommended place to buy new and second hand bikes, as well as service your bike. Recommended.
All I can say is WOW. Andre was very professional in helping me finance my very first motorcycle answering all my questions and helping me through the process all the way to the end. Was a true pleasure doing business with them.
Had my BMW GSA Off road tyres changed to street orientated Annekee 3's. Awesome service and well done !!! 10 out of 10 !!
What is help full place to go to have your bike fixed
Update ... Changed from 3 to 1 today ... Phoned on Saturday and was told over the phone R 300 for a mushroom plug ... So mad the appointment as it's the same price as Helderberg Yamaha. Come to paying this morning they charged me R425, even after I told the lady what I was quoted .. they have lost my business for good. Staff is very unfriendly in the showroom area. Workshop staff is much frienlier. I have mad some purchase there before and the service was better but today I looked at bikes and the sales person did not even put his phone down to ask if he can assit. Will have to start thinking of supporting another shop if this happens again
Awesome Is AN UNDERSTATEMENT!!!! The guys there, and I met the whole Crew! Juan and Uncle Richy, the Mechanics who made sure my 2021 Suzuki Gsx 250 Gizzer was in top shape as if it was race day China! The lady at Reseption aswell who finalized everything for me And then theres Andre, who made my journey with them such a pleasure. MANNNN I JUST LOVED the service straight trough to James who came to pickup my bike at my work and I had It back just after lunch time. Amazing people Go check them out! Madmacs Somerset west
Loyalty doesn't mean you get good service in return. Paid for an uber to drop me off after they said the bike is ready for pickup. It wasnt ready. As a broke student, I couldnt afford another uber,. Had to walk 2 hours to get home. They also ''fixed'' my bike several times and the same issue re-occurred time after time. My neighbour fixed the bike himself and was appalled at the state of the mechanic's work. Complete disregard for my property.
I had a bad experience with Mad Max Somerset West. I sent in my off-road motorcycle to get fix up and made like new. There was not much wrong with my bike just a few small things. They too more or less than 5 months to complete my bike. They tell me it took so long because they have bad staff who just up and left. But that is still not an excuse for taking so long with my bike. Now some time later I have finally received my bike and I'm still finding thing they didn't do correctly. I am just so tired of paying people money and they still can't do a job correctly. Even though it is a big company they still don't look after their customers.
