Poor service in the kitchen department, staff needs motivation and training as their customers satisfaction skills are putrid. The kitchen serving system doesn't compensate for customers who do not require cooked/prepared food, asking for buns is a hassle, stand a ridiculously long line with people ordering cooked food just to acquire a bun placed there aside. you should see how those ladies act..." d stering " As for the coffee, I cannot comprehend how one can dip a tsnp in coffee then reinsert it in the sugar cup whilst wet, the sugar is full of old coffee residue, how disgusting.
