Served us cold food.. the restaurant can do with a lot of service improvements. Enjoyed the cocktails.
It was a fun and fine place to be. There was enough space and cool sections for friends and families to hangout, and the waiters at the restaurant were very nice and helpful in deciding what to have from the menu.
The place is nice, definitely doesn't look like the pictures online Went there for a seminar hosted by my varsity and staff is very welcoming and kind but the facility is not as it is in the pictures well not anymore at least We were served lunch and it was okay at most, the problem I had was the serving dishes we're not clean
Best place to chill at when you around Mafikeng or Mmabatho. The food is very lovely and and on sunday they normally host some soulfull chillas those sundsys are so relaxing and fun at the same time. There's also Moo bar whith nice service and lol and cocktails

The place was packed and there was a shortage of staff, so their services was bad and slow. We ordered the wings and ribs plate, there were no onion rings and the chips/fries were a bit undone. The pool side workers are very kind and helpful.

Great place to hang out but please increase your security personnel as well as cleaners when you have events! Yesterday was not really working for us the older generation: the place was packed to the rafters with ma2000, getting into the toilets one had to ask them to move as they were blocking the doorsliterally loitering at the door- check your surveillance archives! Going out of the toilets the same story! The entrance next to the ATM's was a nightmare! There was a constant milling about of people who had no intention of drawing any money, getting inside the hotel was also a problem as there was no proper controlsecurity as the Moo Bar crowdyesterday's was blocking the entrance! I do not have a problem with MOO BAR crowd, but what you had going on there yesterday leaves one with a lot of questions ...please maintain the standard and reputation that you are known for; maximising profits has never meant at the expense of your clients! It can still be done but with respect, dignity and class! Maybe the management does not care anymore seeing that you are rumoured to be moving or you have a new broom who will ensure that the Rand keeps coming in at all costs?? Only you will know...
