A very nice atmosphere with some live music and a good play area for kids...BUT that does not make up for the woste kitchen service I had ever experienced. Waited 2hours for our food. End up canceling it because children cant wait that long. Please fire or re-train your manager and head chef. They can’t handle the responsibilities of managing orders. Its not suppose to take 2hours.

Oh? My review of the RAW food I got served is gone? Guess I'll write a new one. So I went here with a friend, we placed our orders at the bar for hamburgers, I ordered one with bacon and my friend ordered one without, we got our food within about half an hour which isn't too bad, but then after we started eating I noticed my food was still raw, the manager told me it's fine but and didn't really seem to care, the bartender eventually sent the food back and told me I was going to get another one, one and a half hours later he checked on the kitchen and they had yet to even start making my food, the bartender decided not to charge us because of the lack of service and because the food was way undercooked. By the way I think I should mention that I got sick right after that. Service is non existentunless you are at the bar where we were, food got me sick, manager does not care.
I dont even think 1 star should be given. The service was exceptionally poor ... almost an hour an half and a rare steak that should have been medium to well, sauce that was all oil and frankly looked like yesterday's leftovers. The crispy skin on the fishbein was like old leather. And then it took several requests to get the manager to our table!! Will not see our custom again...
Used to have really great pizzas. Hadn't been there in a while and decided to have one of their 'amazing' pizzas. To my great dissatisfaction. The base was doughey. It was black underneath from the inside of an uncleaned wood oven. The base lacked tomato dressing and the cheese was bland with the consistency of rubber. Dunno what the rest of your food is like but I wasn't impressed with what I got for the price I paid.
After 20 minutes of waiting we had to go find a waiter. Ordered drinks, 20 minutes later they brought 1 drink and the rest they did not have stock of. No Coke, Fanta, milkshakes or drafts. Ordered what was available and a toasted sandwich. Waited an hour and 10 minutes and after asking for the toast, waiter came back and said they sent someone to go buy bread. Poor service and will probably not go there again. There are many other places that can provide better service.
Had the worst waiter. Waited half an hour for our drinks. After that ,ordered our food mini basket and confirmed 4 times if he had ordered the right basket and he said he did. When the food came he had ordered the larger basket. We complained to the manager about the service and she didn't even seem to care. Just said she would speak to him.
WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!! Third consecutive time with bad service. Wasn't impressed at all. Music was way to loud, we got peri peri sauce in a tomato sauce bottle. Waited very long for everything. Got a toastie sandwich with 2 tiny pieces of bacon on it. Definitely not worth it, would rather go to one of the other places there are to offer.
This is a private sort of boardroom/meeting place situated at the back of a nursery shop. It is not easy to find if you're not familiar with the surroundings, add to that the confusing name of the place. Their kitchen serves food that is not so appetising.
Coke was warm and they gave me n dubbel brandy in n single glass. Waiters was friendly that was the plus point. It appears that the trusty old water hole is going down the drain. I think it needs a "re-vamp" starting from the top........
