Last week Saturday was my first visit to this establishment and I thoroughly enjoyed it. The staff have an upbeat attitude and they make sure that you feel at ease. I always thought it was for women only but I was wrong...Men are also accommodated! I will definately be returning in future.

They always make a plan to fit you in. No matter how full they are. The staff is always friendly. It does however lack that personal touch of a hairdresser who works from home. Feels a bit rushed so they can fit the next person in. But overall always a great visit.

Yesterday was the second time my partner had his hair cut at Maison Costa Preller Square. I was very impressed by the quality and professionalism that he received. They even offered me a cup of coffee twice while waiting for him. I will definately recommend this hairdresser to all our friends and family

We paid R366 to cut and blow a five year old girl's hair on Saturday. Really?! Shocking! After we enquired before the time and were told that they couldn't say.. knowing of course that once its done you have to pay. Will never ever go back.

Good service. A new customer needs to be look after until they get used to the system.
