The service and attitude from George has really improved, I have been to Majestic 3 times already after my wife's review and I have noticed that he has really improved. Well done Majestic management for believing in your staff and customers. Well done to George for improving your peoples skills the effort is noticeable.
After 2 months waiting for the refund from them after they sold a wrong lockset to me . I visited the branch will the original copy and I was told they don't need it they will send the documents for me to fill and emailed them called to confirm if they received and 2 days later called again and I was told to wait for 7 days . On the 9th day called to try find out what is going on and I was told they didn't receive the documents . Asked to speak to the manager which was rude and racist to me and she ended up asking me to send the documents again then immediately I did and nothing happened until I called after 5hours and then she said to me I need to bring the documents myself to the branch . After all the efforts of waiting and sending doc nobody communicated. This people just don't care .
Went here after I couldnt find a new replacement diaphram for my cars PCV valve anywhere, they helped me out with a second hand diaphram and didnt even charge me, all the people who helped me along the way were super friendly as well. I know where I am going for parts from now on thats for sure.
Never ask for a refund from majestics. They pay absolutely no mind to it and I lost over 10K still waiting for them to pay me back
My advise is never ever buy electronics in this place, i came to buy 4 engines and i left because they couldnt change a simple ballast. How do you continue to spend R100k in such place that will not entertain a replacement or refund of R750. I will be looking somewhere else they lost one of a best customers, If you were to listen to me, play far from this people, They are happy to take the money but no customer service
Good product knowledge and fair pricing, offset by yard-staff that could and should help one another, but don't.
I went to danyesh good sales man just price is bit high but otherwise good service.
They refuse to swop out a faulty engine they supplied to me
Very helpful service and stock was available
