I was happy with customer service that I got from Jack. I went to buy a 30kVa 3ph Diesel Gen from them but they were out of stock. He kept his promise that he'll give me a call the moment stock arrives, and he did so.

Great service. I bought a Mac Afric generator just over a month ago, had a few issues, took it in for a warranty assessment. Within less than 24 hours they called me to inform me that they will exchange the machine. Thank you to Craig and Jimmy for upholding the service standard and instilling confidence in my purchase. New machine is already running well. Thank you for the service.

Good prices and well stocked place but customer service was not the best for my experience, I had to wait for someone to come and get me the machine I wanted. He did not come to help , I had to climb their ladder and fetch it down myself. Overall i was fine with just getting the machine I wanted but customer experience it's a 2/10 for me.

I got a great deal on my 1,8kw generator and wondered about after sales service. my pull cord snapped so called and took it in to be fixed which they did while I waited. Thanks Addendorf Strijdom park

Necessity required me to visit the store... AGAIN. Big thank you to Jack Moseri who gave me fantastic sustomer service with a pesky bearing I needed pulled and sold me the appropriate bearing puller tool to finish the job. Unlike Spares Administrator, Keith, from Aeroton, Jack carefully listened to my enquiry, understood the assignment and promptly sorted me out.

Absolutely rubbish, i bought a trolley jack and it lasted me a month, wheels collapsed and I took it back for a replacement, that bald Creg told me I abused the jack, its taken almost 4 weeks to replace 2 wheels, he's so useless and pathetic that guy, service is ridiculous, very poor customer care
