You will always find Specials when you go to Makro. Almost anything you need will be found inside, not to keen to go to a busy store then you can do online orders where they have multiple payment methods. They can get busy at times, but it is all worth it for the Prices you pay.
Usually have pretty good specials and I always find what I'm looking for. The only downfall is that you often have to move out the way of a forklift on a busy Saturday, while the staff get items down from high shelves. Other than that, love going there and walk out happy.
Shop inside the store and not online. Online shopping with Carnival is an awful experience, they say deliver between 2-5 days, I ordered the 27th and still waiting for my order. I have been calling daily, talking to 3 different people a day on asking when delivery will take place. No one has answers. And when you order online there's always items out of stock but when going in the items are actually in stock.
Excellent service receive today from this store . Bought a washing machine Walked in spoke to a sales lady , she fetched the machine . Paid for it and walked out . What a pleasure to do business with you guys today. Hassel free . Thank you very much Much appreciated . Keep up your good work and excellent service umlike Game . They are a nightmare to deal with .
This is one of the greatest stores, it offers a lot from Bulk buying to single items. The parking bay is good has lot of security in a way makes you feel safe about your car. My personal opinion is that you find everything you want at Makro. Bit far from transportation for pedestrians.
Pleasant, but it's always as though the shop is full of workers that are just there to fill the store The only person who was seemingly working was the lady who was checking our slips at the exit, she worked like a machine
Like any makro they have a wide variety and loads of specials for bulk buyers. Make sure to be patient as the tills do sometimes move slow due to bulk buyers and them inspecting you on you way out double scanning some of your items. Lots of parking and also remember your makro card or to sign up for one at the entrance.
Just like another Makro but a nice feature, and am not sure if other Makro's also have it, but they have an express checkout. Only problem is that seems to be a gathering place for the staff. i was the only one there for 2 check out points and had to wait for a good few minutes for them to finish their gathering even though i was clearly visible to both tellers.
Online order. Deliberately delivered a broken chair and packed it right at the bottom of the pack. Been weeks back and forth trying to get a replacement. They schedule deliveries on certain days and then simply don't pitch. Still waiting and still don't have the replacement chair.
Staff at the washing machine department were well up to date with the information about the weight on the machine being wet or dry. This is important when buying as the models appear to be getting smaller.
