The service is so bad and very slow, I've been to the offices to collect ID 3 times with no luck. Mind you I started queueing around 4:30 and 4:45 in the morning for 3 consecutive days. At around 14:00 every day I was told there's no network. We are expected to normalise this bad service....

For IDs and passport, you go to the 3rd building on the right usually the crowded one. Register fill the register by the gaurd at the door and wait for your name to be called. But stand in line if is a free for all system There are 4 parts for passport or ID application, application, photo taking, proof of application collection and then payment. Once inside you'll have to queue for applications. You'll than be told your collection date for passport/ID, but a sms will be sent to you when the passport/ID is ready.

Their service is bad. They kept calling people that came after me to get their Id's.
