Mandela Sisulu Clinic

A nurse by the name of Kgomotso,Sonto and their nurse friend were extremely rude to me on the ANC side. Its my 1st pregnancy and I've been here since 7am until 1:30 without any help and I was told that they'll help who they like.When they finally decidedto help me at 1:30 they were swearing at me in Venda language my heart is broken because I understand Venda fluently. Only because I've told them that the medication they give me is too strong for me and my unborn child,it would make me very dizzy and that the time they gave me of pregnancy is too far from the date I conceived.

My experience there was horrible the first time around. I was out of there in five minutes. No medical record was created for me. The woman just gave me paracetamol and told me to go and sleep at home. No questions were asked, we were standing near the door

The worst clinic in South Africa the service is beyond poor its a joke. department of health must interven we cant always complain about the same thing over and over again something must be done and fast... This is ridiculous!!!!!!!!

No name tags and totally disorganized. The service is totally chaotic. From security at the gate to the disrespectful stuff inside. Shameful how patients are treated by spiteful staff that look down on people.

Old nurse at triage can't communicate well with patients,she speaks to herself instead of speaking in a well mannered professional way. The staff is well professionalised and friendly, KEEP IT UP.

It's a good clinic I attended my ANC there with my first baby and they are the best

Had a horrible experience whwre by a lady at reception front door today shouted at me without my knowledge on what i did. She then said "it's not my fault that your mom is sick". Horrible experience.

Spent few minutes in there. I was directed to exactly where I needed to go and there was queue.
