Mangwanani African Day Spa

For the 40/45 minute back massage, you sit on a chair so the experience isn't very relaxing because you have to keep jolting yourself up. No refreshments were offered. No proper goodbye. Won't be returning.

Great night out, relaxing, clean. They just rushed us to get out at the end, they work long hours. Did not have time to buy any products.

Enjoyed relaxing poolside massages performed by well trained therapists. Professional staff and overall pleasant experience.

Hard workibg lovely staff. Massages great. This however was not a luxurious place, it needs an upgrade. It feels tired in terms of facilities and the crowded ladies bathroom after was not relaxing once we had finished. Waiting for toilets and showers. Pool tiny and not useable, not heated

Super friendly staff and when you stay in the hotel then they do room massages

Had to cancel the appointment as the therapists were 40mins late. The receptionist was not answering the phone we had to go to the concierge in order to contact them nor did anyone inform us that the therapists would be late. Very disappointing as we booked into the hotel for the evening, specifically for the spa. Lovely hotel, disappointing Spa service.

What a disgrace to the Mangwanani brand ! Breakfast was horrible. Sugar-less muffin and muesli and sour yoghurt with no honey. Lunch was worse as they attempted a version of butterchicken which was more a stew. Majority of spots are noisy while treatments are being done. A tap was leaking during our treatment and none of the staff heard it. Upon me asking them to please chk on it, it was then closed a good 20mins later. Would never go back there ! Pathetic for the money we paid.

People cramped in. Staff rushed to go home before closing. Not as luxurious as the River Spa. Would not go to the Pivot again...
