Manor Pharmacy

Very disappointed. My first time using this pharmacy. I believe the woman's name is Wendy. Very unfriendly and scared to smile. I must have terrified her because she was friendly with another customer... Oh wait no, that's not it. She seemed cheesed off because she had to cut her chat to that lady short. Customer service in this country - what can I say.

I visited the Manor Pharmacy to buy medication for my daughter and was given the wrong medication which I quickly realised when I got home and phoned the Pharmacy back to ask to come back and exchange it, I spoke to the Pharmacist Naledi who was not so much helpful and not even willing to hear my story and just said I should come and speak to the lady who gave me the wrong medication. When I went back to the pharmacy the same day I explained myself and she quickly dismissed me and said they do not do exchanges during weekends and I said to her but she should have said so when I called. She clearly said she doesn't want to be involved in the matter, I believe as a Professional pharmacist she should have at least made an effort to assist. The Cashier then assisted me by speaking to the owner of the Pharmacy on how it can be handled and she managed to help me. Again there was a need for Pharmacist help to make sure that the cashier gives me the right medication this time and when the lady asked her whether it is the right one she kept on busy on her cellphone to be specific "social media" and she did this most of the time I was there. She vaguely looked at the medication and just mumbled a yes. I found this Pharmacist to be so so very unprofessional in all respects and this will tarnish the image of the Pharmacy if it continues like that.

Beautiful pharmacy that should be an aspiration to other pharmacies. They stock a wide range of products including Therabreath and a wide range of Fragrances.
