Ordered parts and delivery thereof through their online system, was concerned over their website that feels outdated and is not very user friendly. However, after paying via eft, received an email that the order was being processed and the parts were delivered in due time, believe it was within 2 days, I live about 140km from there branch and the parts were under the R300 value mark. Was and am extremely impressed. Thank you!
Good range of products and staff were friendly. But service is a bit slow as staff must walk distances to fetch invoices etc and there is no queue management when there are 10 or so customers. I phoned to check if I could bring in old battery for disposal when buying a new one, and was told yes, but at the counter I was told no.
Quick friendly service! Even though it was very busy when I visited and the team were short staffed, we were helped promptly, our order taken and had our items in 10-15 minutes without any hassle. Competitive pricing and good experience all round!
Waited about 15 - 20 minutes to be helped and then the sales person also had a very snobby attitude. Waited another 15 minutes for my product. Would not recommend this place.
I must say that I was real chuffed and charmed by Dean's enthusiastic help and knowledge when I visited their office in Epping the other day. Words that come to mind are : good energy, helpful, enthusiastic, knows his subject, speedy, patient, good sense of humour and just down right nice to deal with . Lucky me....and lucky you if you have him attend to you. Wish everyone enjoyed their job as much a he does!! Thanks Dean.

I Have been ordering products from mantech for 10 year already and in the begining there service was not great and took a long time for sales to get back to you but in resent years they have bettered there service and get back to you the same day. Keep up the good service.

Ridiculously poor service with receptionist who has a terrible attitude. Tried to reach sales for 2 days in a row, apparently always busy, so why have phones???
