The one particular staff member person was enjoying cycling around the store, and not interested in greeting properly, and/or my request to help see if there was another kettlebell. When we did find someone to help, it took him a few minutes to get back to us. They didn't have another in stock, but maybe they could have offered the display item at a ¿ discounted price, or maybe checkedif they have ordered more.. .
This place used to keep excellent stock of items. Nowadays most products are missing or sold out, no matter what time of the month. Specials are also much less appealing than before. Much less specials now and staff constantly in your way, standing around chatting with no respect to the client. Competition is doing a much better job.
Everything,and i mean everything one may need at affordable prices,you will surely find it here.
The service, well you can’t call it service so whatever it is, it’s terrible. I order two fridges online on the 9 Dec that was delivered on the 23 Dec. Both fridges were damaged that was collected only on the 25 January. We are still waiting for the new fridges. 9 weeks and counting....
Friendly staff, clear signs and a "flow" to things, very good
Some products only available online. Wanted to order JoJo tank online using advertised free delivery, no free delivery available. Ended up paying more at Builders, but at least they delivered.
I wish you could give this 0 stars. I brought in my device for repairs in January I didn't receive it last month they downgraded my device without concern and I didn't want it the lady at the register tried to persuade me to take something I was not happy with I got all these messages on my phone telling me that my device is being fixed but they just exchanged it for a very bad phone I am depressed I still get the repair messages on my phone but I got a call saying they bought the right phone! I want my information on the phone, not a new phone. I've been waiting almost 70 days with no updates on where it is or when I'm going to get it.
Not very helpful asked about wine and the guy didn't even know what Fairview Wines is and was so easily to dismiss. Also weird that you must have a card to shop there. So NO private purchases at this place.
Really disappointed with the staff/internal store arrangements at Makro. Wanted to buy some stationery, but for some reason, certain stationery needs to be paid for in the department. Your not allowed to go out of that department without paying. So you have to make different payments for different products in the same store? If it is about security, what are you paying the staff and security staff for!?? Stock losses are prevented by excellent customer service. Not one staff member offered to assist me. Just a reminder to shop elsewhere where customers are not treated like criminals!!!!!!
Shop is great, Do not try to phone them thought, I have asked them a few times please look into your lines that never get answered, yes sir we will, then they just ignore it. JUST FOR THAT 1/5.
