Different people seek therapy for different reasons; some to deal with difficult life situations or challenges, some to improve relationships and others to explore themselves.

Life is challenging. Things do not always go as planned. Bad things may happen to us.
But there is always hope…
Job 14:7-9: "For there is hope for a tree, If it is cut down, that it will sprout again, that the tender branch of it will not cease.’
This verse to me is a metaphor for life.
While we are still alive, there is always new hope.
We may have scars from life’s difficulties, or unresolved trauma, but even with these scars we can sprout again and grow and become more beautiful.
