I am totally disappointed at the service received from Michelle. I called her to make arrangements with regard to a Dory...I understand the policy "first come first serve" but I made arrangements with her that I will pay her so she can keep me a Dory. She agreed and said don't pay me now rather pay when collecting there is one left which will be kept aside for me. Only to be told its sold. It is the principle behind it...and her word that has not been honored. If the company is too big and don't depend on us small fry...then I do wish you well. Covid can change one's livelihood in a split second....and if you run a company and unable to keep your word....then you should rather not be in business. Extremely disappointed in this service
I am a newbie in this game and the owners will stop at nothing to make sure you have everything you NEED and not just trying to make a quick buck as what others places do. Truly a gem in the marine world and their prices are very good. Really good value for money. Everytime I go there I always leave with buckets of wisdom.
For any reefing info or experienced advice, the owners are super knowledgeable and extremely helpful so I would recommend your visiting there. Great service and good prices!! Very friendly and welcoming people

Absolutely bad payers to their suppliers. Contacted them numerous times and they have ignored and blocked us. They don't even have the decency to contact the supplier and make a payment arrangement. Not sure how they are still operating
