Very poor service, no communication at all with patients. Have been at the clinic from 8:00 am ,it’s 13:20 and still I have not gotten any assistance yet. They went to both tea time and lunch while we sat outside in a very unbearable weather.
Today the 20/05/2019 I went to the clinic and arrived thr at 08:34,I went inside and asked one of the workers this,Whr should I start or line up because it’s my first ANC check up... I was told to hold the long que I’ll be assisted ... I qued and did everything that I was told to do,checking BP etc.. Well at 10:00 I was done and had to go to the next step which was going to the container outside.. I went thr and the rude Sister Nnana told me that o arrived late I tired explaining to her wah happened and she told me that it’s non of her business. Let me tell you what she was doing in her office she was having some private conversations. She totally refused helping me she said I should come back on Thursday?? Like really at 10:00? She’s already done working?This is unbelievable I tell you Bad service at That clinic
Am not happy with the services , no one attends to the patients to enquire what they would like help with ... waited for an hour, only to be told I need to hold a very long queue so I could register first. The staff is just not welcoming and dedicated enough .
I'm there now they claim to be leaving us here when we've been here from 11am.
The nurses are very rude , they have no passion for their work , they don't know how to talk to patients . This is by far the worst clinic I've ever went to .
It's a lovely place... Staff there is very friendly
