Staff members are extremely attentive and always happy to help. I'm impressed that such a big store with so many different departments can have such consistent base of helpful employees throughout the store. Well done!
Very nice place to buy your DIY products and much more. The only lack of this place is that when you bought your items which is lawfully now your property, it feels like you're challenged by the security at the exit about the ownership of that you have just bought at the pay point which is in sight of where they are standing. I suggest Mica rather install detectors at the door rather than the above mentioned.
The service I received from Cora is outstanding. She is friendly and assisted very much.
I reviewed this company a couple of days ago, after being very disappointed with the service received from them in recent months, during several visits and gave them a 1-star rating. The owner went to great trouble to track me down and get all the details, after which he committed to address the issues with his staff - and gave me a call back a day later to report back on the progress. Whilst it does not change what happened before, it convinced me that they are serious about customer service. I am therefore happy to change my 1-star review, to a 5-star review!
This is, and will remain, my favourite hardware store in the Vaal Triangle. Friendly staff, wide range of items, quick till services. Just about the perfect hardware store.

Great hardware store. Really friendly and helpful staff. You will find everything from paint to timber to power tools and much more. The only issue I had was with the delivery, I hand picked my timber when I was in store because I needed straight timber for wall framing and was reassured that I would receive exactly what I had picked instead they delivered warped timber crooked and bowed. So if you're going to shop there, you better have your own truck or hire one so you can take your materials with you on the same day.
