It was the most disappointing experience. The owners of the franchise were incredibly rude to the immediate family. Unfortunately because of international family conflict between my late uncles wife and the rest of the family -the wife did not inform the family of my uncle's death till 12 hrs after his death and then gave conflicting information about the funeral arrangements, dates and times, it was difficult to make travel arrangements - after the funeral we followed Martin's to the their premises to find out what time the cremation would be. The franchise owner was incredibly rude and condescending and said that the wife is paying his bill therefore she should be contacted regarding arrangements the family had tried to contact her but she did not answer calls or messages and that he was expecting this behaviour from the family, I'm not sure what he meant by that. Compassion and customer service do not fall into the scope of their services. I would not recommend using Martin's funeral services at all.

Disgusted with the service at Martin's funerals Nelspruit. They were impersonal and cold. During a time of sorrow and grief you would think that as a funeral home they would understand that and show a bit of sympathy. They can't keep track of who is who and we have been confused with 2 other families. Even received the incorrect Death certificate! Who knows if we even received the correct ashes? So disappointed and hope I never have to step foot back in there.

Amazingly efficient and caring service in assisting my wife and I with the cremation of my mother in law Susara Aleta Scheepers 04-03-2020!!
