The buying experience was ok. After-sales service is horrible. Blames customer. I specifically asked the assistant Lisa whether the tips that I would be buying would be suitable for my nails, and she advised me they would. Only for me to find that the fit was extremely horrible. When I submitted my complaint via email, Melanie, the Retail Manager, told me that I am not using enough gel when applying the tip, that I did not buy the correct prepping products insulting much and then advised me to return to the store for a demo to be done on my nails. The application was never the issue the tips were. There was no mention of a solution, Melanie only acknowledged that she will put forward my suggestion to head office of having a size guide in-store. No mention of the horrible fitting tips, that I am now stuck with. I will not purchase from this company again, they go hard on their sale but their after-sales service is as shiny as a dusty cabinet.
Such a gorgeous store, yet there is no pricing on products or shelves. Now, as a client, I have no choice but to inquire about rates, which irritates me to no end. Can you please put prices on products or shelves? The screens have been off since I was there the last time too.
Decorated beautifully and a very big selection of nail products! Staff was also really friendly and helpful.
Excellent service, products are incredible my clients nails lasts up to 7 weeks Staff is so hands on, called me immediately when I had a question. Thank you ladies appreciate your kind and thoughtful service
Very dissapointed, I drove to the Bellville store on Saturday and it was severely understocked. All the products they had online as their best sellers was not available. But this was not the first time I experienced this. I found it a waste of my time. The Supreme nail foundation has not been in stock whenever I have gone. Lesson learnt I would rather call in advance
I am so happy I found this brand/company/shop. The staff at Maskscara over the road from Planet Nails, are SO great, the lady knew everything, and expertly answered all my questions. I am so grateful for the excellent products, service and I'm a happy customer because it didn't cost an arm and a leg. Thank you very much! You'll see me every month!!!!!!
Personally I’ve only had a great experience at Maskscara Bellville branch. Service is amazing. And staff is always pleasant and welcoming. Will definitely go back . Been purchasing from Maskscara for years now and since my Claremont store closed I had to find another one , so glad it was Bellville. Keep up the great work ladies!!!!!! I’ll see you soon
Had a lovely experience, so many options almost to many lol. Tegan helped us and was so wonderful. She showed us the different products and was super friendly. Can't wait to try out my new products
I have only had a good experience with the Gel-It brand, as well as the Maskscara stores. In my experience, there is nothing bad to say about the brand or their customer service as I have never had any issues with my gel products or the ladies in-store. I use a variety of Maskscara products including gels, brushes, prep tools, files, acetone and cleanser, cuticle oils, water transfers, foils etc. and all of them have exceeded my expectations regarding the quality. Their products are of great quality and definitely worth your money. I look forward to visiting the new Bellville branch regularly as it is a beautiful store and very spacious.
