Wow! Bought a Siemens washing machine online from Masons the old LG died at around 14h00 yesterday. Got order confirmation at something like 14h20, and then they delivered to my door just before 16h00! Crazy right? That is like less than 2 hours from order to delivery. I thought I was in the Twilight Zone or something. This does not usually happen in SA. Got Whatsapp updates and calls throughout the admittedly very short process. Well done Adnaan Timol and team at Masons! ...then we had to wait 2 hours for the power to come back on before we could try it out ... we were on the 16h00 to 18h00 loadshedding slot... Works brilliantly though! Chalk up one very happy customer!

Adnaan is tops, was in the middle of a competitors store rang him up and asked if he could beat their best prices. Straight away gave me better deals on everything, drove down their, his knowledge of the products was awesome, gave me prices I couldn't get anywhere else. Awesome happy with everything I purchased! Initially when I ordered the item wasn't available. I was contacted and Adnaan arranged for the item to be transported from a different branch. Excellent customer service. Delivery was quick as well, regardless of the issue mentioned above. Would recommend.

Amazing service. I made a mistake with my order, which we only realised after unpacking the Sunday after delivery Saturday. I am so happy to have found Masons. Though I was a bit concerned as I am currently based in CPT and shipping would be from Benoni, my washer dryer arrived within 5 days in perfect condition. I have been really impressed with my LG Washer Dryer, it is my second washer dryer and I must say this is such an upgrade. The prices that Masons offer is really affordable. The icing on the cake for me was the customer service. Adnaan went out of his way to ensure that the washer dryer was delivered as quick as possible and the constant communication from him was definitely a breathe of fresh air. I look forward to future purchases with Masons.

I googled best price for a DNA air fryer and Masons' price was far below the other outlets. Their website had a chat box, which I used to enquire if there really was no delivery charge. The response from Adriaan was quick and positive and my subsequent questions were helpfully responded to. Unbelievably my air fryer was delivered within 2 workings days. Impressive!

I ordered a gas hob this morning seeing loadshedding is a continuous thing. Almost a moment after my order was placed online, I received a call from Adnaan and was advised the item would be shipped same day. I received the item in mint condition a couple hours later.
