We are an independent agent , operating from the same premises under our CC Nemkish Electronics trading as Master Audio Visual as of 1/08/2012. We have taken over Mastercare Umgeni operations with the same infrastructure, with more than 25Years experience in this Industry. Specializing in electronics repairs.

We have the Technical Skills and Infrastructure to Service the following Products:

TVs (All Makes), Plasma Screens, LCD Screens, LED Screens, Amplifiers, Home Entertainment Systems, HiFi, DVD Players, VCR Players, Microwaves ,Ice Makers and Sony Cameras.

I have acquired the services of the company called Master Audio Visual and my experience with them has been exceptional. They came to my home to repair my washing machine as it's very difficult to manage without a washing machine especially as we have grown accustomed to having it in our daily lives. They also collected my TV and returned it within 3 days as I explained to the staff that my leg was in hard plaster and this was my only pleasure since I am unable to move around too much for the next 5-6 weeks plus my soaps are very important and I am addicted to them. So I can say that my interaction with Master Audio Visual and their staff has been amazing in which I would refer them to another and use their services in the future.
I have read some of the comments made by former customers of Master Audio Visual and I can say that not all companies are perfect. I can only comment on what I experienced with Master Audio Visual and my experience with them have been exemplary. Last year during the floods my house was damaged due to water drenching in and destroying a big part of my home including the Electronic items such as Tv, Surround Sound, Washing Machine and Tumble Dryer, Dish washer and Smaller Electronic appliances. The insurance company as usual tried to claim that my house was not maintained like they have done with so many others during this storm as they where overwhelmed with claims and trying not to pay out claims. The insurance sent an assessor who claimed that my appliances were old, when that was not the case as I bought my appliances quite recent. I called in Master Audio Visual to please give me an assessment regarding the damages caused by the storm to the electrical household items. The company did respond to me, that they do callouts but their call outs are to repair items and usually assessments are done on site of the company and their appliances section is really engulfed with work and assessments of units and they can allocate an appointment to me approximately 2 weeks time. I spoke to them and ask for their help relating to my situation with the insurance company. The manager at the company went over and above to assist me by asking a staff member to actually come over to my house after working hours to assess my items. The technician opened all the appliances to provide an independent assessment of each item, that took about 1 and half hours to complete after working hours. The company finished the assessment report within 2 days and emailed the report allowing me the time to submitted the assessment report to the insurance company timeously. The insurance company read the report and contacted me within a week or 2 and they agreed to pay for the appliances. My experience with Master Audio Visual was beyond professional and efficient allowing me to get my items properly assessed and for the insurance company not to prejudice me.
Had my appliance sent for repairs and it's been over six months,,if you value your appliance do not send it there,they will give you the runaround with no results,pathetic service,and it's not master care,it's master audio
The worst people to deal with when u do call for a person that person is always busy for maybe 6months of phoning you knw what this guys are not serious about they job . Their a guy by the name of Cleve his playing hid n seek with me maybe 6 months + every time calling his busy guess this guy is more busy than the boss. The worst company by far . Workers need to be put straight other wish it's bad for business
It is difficult business to get to on a very busy road, no parking. Service is okay, but he cost to repair is ridiculous. 32-inch8 TV to repair the back light cost the same as a new television.... don't figure.
Worst company to deal with, they send technicians over to check the problem and then wait weeks for parts and then when installing the parts, it doesn't work as the another technician finds another fault. He says he can't answer for the first technician. Staff at the office is useless and don't reply to emails or calls. Such a joke with this company.
Phone line continuously rings with no response. Employees walked in my apartment without notice. No response from emails.

Had occasion to take my JBL speaker to Master Audio Visual for repairs. Not only did they deal profesionally with the hand-over process my receipt contained all necessary information including company policy as regards items handed in, that same afternoon I had a call to tell me what their preliminary diagnosis was, and that they would confirm this within a few days. Sure enough, the follow-up call came at the end of the same week advising me that the speaker was in fact irrepairable and why. The point isn't that the speaker couldn't be repaired, but that Master Audio Visual had handled my issue very professionally and timeously. For that I give them full marks. Gustav Preller, Ballito
One star is more than they deserve. Firstly they took a month to respond to my service call which was logged by the supplier. Then when they finally came to pick it up they also disconnected my washing machine disposal pipe which caused huge flooding. I was then told they will replace the door of my dishwasher just to notice when they returned it that they didn’t. Then they promised me a 2 day turnaround time just for it to last 2 weeks. Lastly, when they returned my dishwasher, without giving me a specific time, the delivery guy was unwilling to wait 15min for the washing machine to finish because they are connected to the same drainage and then being very rude to me on the phone when I asked if he would come back, which after receiving such poor service and absolutely no communication was a valid question. He then rudely replied he would be back and would test the machine before leaving. Guess what, he bent the inlet pipe so much that no water could flow through it and therefore the machine couldn’t work. He clearly did not test and just left. The lady, Faith, who answered the phone also told me multiple times she would get t back to me every time I followed up with them during the two weeks but not once called me. Never gave me feedback or updates on why a 2 day job, replacing the door, became a 2 week job. Stay away from this business!
